Overview
DoxPlay respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, and content creators. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on DoxPlay without authorization, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on DoxPlay that you believe is infringing, with a URL or enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Process
- We will review your notice within 48 hours of receipt.
- If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified content promptly.
- We will notify the content provider of the takedown.
- The content provider may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
DoxPlay maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
